We've had another successful Fair this year --- Thanks to all of you.  Our Country Store is becoming quite the gathering place for old friends and families--as well as the place to do your Christmas shopping.  We are attracting people from miles away who say they just wait for our Fair.  We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere that people really enjoy.  And isn't that what this church is all about???

Our gross income was a bit higher than last year, topping out at nine thousand one hundred eighty dollars -- not bad for our little church -- especially in these economic times.  However, our expenses were a little higher as well -- but we were still able to give our church treasurer six thousand six hundred dollars.

As most of you know, Nancy and I are stepping down from being responsible for the presentation of the Fair.  Carol Small will be taking my place and she will need the support you have so willingly given me, for which I thank you from the bottom of my heart.  I'm sure I will lmiss a part of that--but I've done this for ten years--It's time for a change.  Carol plans to continue with the same Country Store theme and I'm sure she will have som new ideas to add.
